Physical appearance: Raichii has dark red hair, and brown eyes. She has a slender build and though she is a girl, she often has this 'Back off' attitude in her body language and expressions. She'd probably be a very attractive young lady if it weren't for her personality. In public, she often wears cloaks or something to hide her identity. When on "missions" she'll wear her old anbu gear as a disguise. This has a possibility of creating conflicts between the Fire country and other countries. She also wears a simplistic silver earing on her right ear- just one. There is no pair. The earing has a tiny Kato Clan symbol engraved in the bottom. The earing was used to show who were the experiments among the Kato Clan, so other Clan members would know who to stay away from. No one but the Kato Clan know about the experiments that went on and its likely to stay that way. She wears it as a bitter reminder to herself just how cruel the world is.

Personality: There's two things Raichii can't stand- people getting in her way, and losing. She's a very determined young kunoichi, and absolutely will not tolerate any insults directed towards her. Her pride is often the source of many conflicts, as she is a very tempermental type of person. Aside from that, Raichii tends to keep things on a need-to-know basis, even with her closest allies. Whatever you don't need to know, she'll keep to herself. She's a very difficult person to trust and certainly not someone you want to mess with. She wasn't named an S-rank criminal for nothing, after all. Before she turned traitor against the Hidden Leaf, her time as an anbu member taught her to contain herself and think before acting, but she is no master at this skill. Push her too far, and you'll regret it.

History

Pre-Academy: Raichii had a pretty average childhood. She was a bit of a brat, but in no comparison to her present day self. Her parents were constantly enforcing strict rules on her, to the point of suffocation. Eventually, she stopped caring completely and stopped listening to her parents. She got in trouble all the time for this, but she acted as though she didn't care. The only things she did care about back then were playing ninja with other kids and pulling pranks on just about any adult in the village.

Academy: When it came to the Academy, the only things Raichii ever paid attention to were the subjects of hand to hand combat and applying the use of ninja tools. Her grades suffered durastically because of her small amount of focus, and she only just barely passed the exam to become a Genin.

After Academy: Once out of the academy, Raichii quickly climbed up in rank. Apparently experience in real combat was all she needed to become motivated. She was determined to become better than her old classmates, and for awhile, this kept her parents content. In missions, she had a tendency to go about things in her own way. Listening to the squad leader wasn't a big habit. It was only after a near death experience as a Chunin that she finally settled down. It was a lesson of humility that did not last long. Her pride had slowly become her weakness, and though she kept this under the radar with an intsense amount of effort, she got into plenty of fights with her own teammates- and not just little petty fights either. By the time her talents earned her the rank of anbu, the head of her clan had taken a particular interest in her. He began conducting painful and dangerous experiments not only on her, but other Kato Clan members as well. He had given her a mutated form, in which produced his death. The very form- the beast form- had been very difficult to control, and Raichii was tempermental enough. In the end, she killed the head of the Clan as well as nearly every accomplice he had. A few may have survived, but Raichii could no longer remain at home. She abandoned her family, her clan, and her village, all with a new hatred towards the very man she had killed. She became a rogue, and though it was rough, she managed not to get captured by the law. She was able to see the world in a new perspective, and the mixture of all the pain and suffering she saw as well as what she had experienced in the past led to her burning desire to wreak havoc upon the world. She has yet to be caught by any country, and she has the title of S-rank criminal over her head, and many have put up bounties on her head with very handsome rewards, but many have died at her hands in this futile effort.
