He is protective of those who is putting his trust in him. But he is also secretive, and keeps information to himself, if it is not relevant or if it is none of their business. Don't forget he is sarcastic.

Akio had two loving parents, both Ninjas. He was in awe of them, watching them train, study, learn and grow. They inspired him to become a ninja also. They taught him to be just, and caring, but also to hold strong in your beliefs. Hanako was the yin, to Masahiko's yang, balancing themselves out on missions. They both died when he was ten, on a mission to take down a band of rogue ninjas by themselves. Not much is known to Akio about the mission but Akio never hold it against Konoha, because his parents did what was best for Konoha, and to protect it, and Akio from harm.
Academy:After his parents death, he started to study, graduating a year later. His mother was a fire user, his father a wind, so he set his sites on mastering those two natures, taming them to his will. Though he was lacking in strength and agility during combat, he makes up for it in tactics, and combining skills to overpower the opponent with at least energy as possible. He excelled at the top of his class, and graduated a year early.
